Track and manage API key and token rotations across all external integrations serving Penny, Hermes, and synchronization pipelines.

This dashboard tracks the rotation status of credentials for 19 external providers that power Nick's infrastructure:

  • Penny (Chief of Staff) — uses credentials for Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, web search, file storage, TTS, messaging, and more.
  • Hermes (Oversight peer) — uses credentials for reasoning, oversight, and reporting.
  • Sync Apps — scripts like ingest_slack_v2.py, ingest_gmail_v2.py, daily_sync.py that feed Open Brain.
  • Claude (Third-party reasoning) — occasionally receives context from these systems.

Each provider has state tracked below: when rotated, mark the relevant surfaces as updated and move the status to "done".
